Services range from performing a CMMS Assessment to a complete Implementation and training of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), as well as continuing support for the software programs.  As you begin the selection process for a new CMMS, you will find that there are many things to consider depending on the scope of your project.

TMSS, Inc. can also provide Safety Consultation, Project Management, and Manpower services.  These services can be utilized in conjunction with a CMMS program, or as separate services.

TMSS, Inc. will create a clear definition of your needs and software requirements.  From this, TMSS, Inc. will define the implementation procedures for the new system and manpower requirements to operate the CMMS system.

As part of the implementation process, TMSS, Inc. will establish Work Order processes, detailed Equipment records, PM Schedules, and Procedures for the maintenance of the Equipment. 

If Inventory Control is part of the project, then Inventory and Storeroom procedures and operating methods will be created to work with the CMMS system.

Web Work can be hosted on our secure server network or installed locally on your WAN, LAN, or Intranet.  If Web Work is installed locally, TMSS, Inc. can install the software in a matter of hours, not days or weeks.  TMSS, Inc. will also train your IT staff on what they need to know for installation, upgrades, and operation of Web Work.

TMSS, Inc. also provides a wide range of technical support options, from service plans to technical support for all users of the program.
