Equipment Module
Web Work provides for detailed asset information and tracking. From buildings to roads or manufacturing equipment to vehicle equipment, the equipment module provides a means to track pertinent data associated with your assets.
The unlimited specification or data sheets allow users to define their assets in an extremely detailed manner. With vendor, manufacturer, pricing details and warranty information your assets information can be as detailed as required to make informed decisions when repairing or replacing.
An unlimited asset hierarchy can be established using a “parent child” relationship and the location hierarchy establishes physical location for each asset. Linking a GIS system provides exact geographical location, or simply detailing the assets’ location by physical position means crews can quickly identify the asset in question.
Asset histories are maintained for all repairs, replacements and movements. A detailed history and costing information is available without having to produce complicated reports. Quickly determining the replacement value or repair is a mouse click away.
Spare parts list are associated with the asset and are searchable to find the exact part whether in use or in inventory saving time when purchasing or pulling from stock.
When linked with the optional Palm module the asset tag becomes a bar code for retrieving asset information and entering new information such as meter readings or conditions.
