Projects Module

The project management module allows you to set up and manage small to large capital projects and measure all aspects throughout the entire process. Projects can be set up in phases and work orders are assigned for each phase allowing you to see exactly what the status is at anytime along with all associated costs.

All estimated and actual costs can be reviewed and associated reports created giving you a real time view on each project. This includes being able to see all estimated and actual costs of labor, materials and tools used. Unlimited account codes can be used to track budgets.

A complete status history is kept for each work order and all records can be printed out for individual work orders, phases or the entire project. Use the custom report writer to create daily, weekly or monthly reports so you can make more informed decisions and share the data with all project leaders and participants
