Advanced Planning & Scheduling
For those managing large groups of maintenance staff and/or vendors, the advanced planning and scheduling module will allow you to see at any time your staff’s availability and work load. Set up public holidays and an individual's holidays as well as their shifts and areas of expertise. Assign work orders in advance and even re-assign work orders to other employees should an absence or scheduling conflict appear.
As you assign the work orders, the employee's schedule tracks the estimated time to complete the work order and fills in their calendar accordingly. Overtime can be added and tracked per employee. Tied in closely with the labor module, you can determine who is best suited for each job based upon their expertise. Review in real time each team member's work load and balance at any time based upon their actual time recorded per job.
Along with being able to edit any employee's time, you can also create status reports to determine how well the estimating and planning process is working. As with all Web Work modules, you can create unlimited reports that are tied to both individual and group records.
